Hotels around the world usually have a concierge to accommodate their guests, such as learning the local history, where to eat, area hot spots, best shopping deals, local shows and entertainment. They also run errands and make sure the guests enjoy their time. These services are now available to you! P.A.L.S. has brought the concierge idea to our area.

There are two categories of concierge services:

Concierge / Lifestyle Management Services are jobs we can do at our desk via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet.

Personal Assistant Services are also called errand services, they require us to leave our desk to go out and do something for someone.
