There are two categories of concierge services:
Concierge / Lifestyle Management Servicesare jobs we can do at our desk via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet.
Personal Assistant Services are also called errand services, they require us to leave our desk to go out and do something for someone.
All of us do a balancing act every day, and since most of us don’t have a personal assistant to make phone calls and run the errands for us, we try and cram them into the weekend and on our lunch hour during the week.
